Hi, my name is Nadine. I am from South Africa. I have a 3 year old daughter, her name is Skyla and she is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. The doctors have told me that i can donate one of my kidneys because we are a match. But the operation costs $50 000 in dollars and we do not have any medical aid. I am a single mother and am currently working two jobs just to support us. She is on dialiysis three times a week and we do not know how much longer she has.
