This G3 12" laptop includes 30 days of technical support by telephone and it also includes a 30 day warranty. Although I have used external hard drives with this laptop (7200RPM 80, 250, 500 and 750 GB hard drives) i may or may not sell these hard drives at this time. Time to upgrade!
