Is the cell is easy to drain and refill?
Is there a clear container for monitoring convenient electrolyte levels and gas production?
Do the plans include a complete working cell with easy electrical connections?
Do the authors of the HHO plan/guide have a track record of being the best and/or the first with world-changing "personal energy" technology? For example did the authors create the World's First Revived Battery Pickup truck?
Did the authors present the World's First HHO Workshops for Gifted Kids as well as for adults?
Are the authors able to actually recharge "non-rechargeable" batteries of every type, and give away hundreds of dollars of recycled batteries at public events?
Have the authors proven, on video, an HHO generator tht improves mileage by at least 30%, on an actual mileage test, on a simple engine?
Have the authors created the World's Cheapest Vehicle to Operate?
