We have opened a beautiful New Business On the Magical Island of Camiguin. The cleanest Island in the Philippines. Our Island is famous for the friendly natives and being crime free, people leave there doors unlocked and keys in the car.
We are blessed with a natural paradise here , lush green mountains , giant hardwood trees, towering coconut trees, bright green rice fields and the clear blue warm ocean waters.
We are in the top 7 places to dive in the world and in the top 10 tourist destinations for the Philippines.
We have a large foreigner base as this island attracts retirees and people wanting to escape the restrictions of the developed world. Our infrastructure is well set up and we have good paved roads , hospitals, fire dept, post office, air port, ferry terminals, lots of schools, etc.
Although we have many resorts on the island we still do not have enough beds available for our tourists.That is why we built this Hotel.
Our leased building houses a 9 room hotel, roof top bar, deli/dinning room, restaraunt and a bakery. We also have two 5x5 metre walk in chiller/freezer.
The owner (an American with good taste and building knowledge ) built this place to last and look good. The equipment is all paid for, no liens, and new and in working order.
