Bahasa Indonesia Teacher (Tutor, Trainer) for Expatriates in Bali.

Do you need Bahasa Indonesia Teacher? Do you want to have private class?
I am an Indonesian native speaker and have been teaching Bahasa Indonesia and Indonesian culture for expatriates in Bali, Indonesia for more than 15 years. My students are from almost all parts of the world. They are from West Europe, North America, South America, Australia, South East Asia, East Asia and South Africa. My youngest student was aged 8 and the oldest was 80. They have different profession and purposes of learning but principally they wanted to communicate naturally with the Indonesians in Bahasa Indonesia.

The class is in person either at your home or at my classroom. It can be conducted in private or together with other students.

The courses are highly personalized and designed to improve your Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, whether your focus is social, business, financial, diplomatic or legal. Upon completion of a Bahasa Indonesia course you will have the confidence to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia with colleagues, clients and suppliers. Our learning process is arranged and managed in such away professionally, and it is not necessary to take a long time to start talking in Bahasa Indonesia. After 3 lesson meetings of 90 minutes each the learners are usually able to do shopping and ask for simple daily activities in Bahasa Indonesia. Not all Indonesian teachers manage this achievement. Only teachers who have a long experience in teaching and keep improving their teaching skill can do this.

Approach
Our Bahasa Indonesia courses are available seven days a week. Training takes place between 08:00 and 20:00. Each meeting will last for 90 minutes or 120 minutes upon a request. A handbook which is revised every year on the basis of learning development process is used during your Bahasa Indonesia course. I made the book. I also offer a variety of training formats for your Bahasa Indonesia course – from intensive, weeklong courses to extensive, modular lessons. Appropriate formats will be discussed during your diagnostic consultancy.

Cultural Classes
Beside teaching Bahasa Indonesia, in cooperation with Udayana University in Bali I organize socio and cultural studies on the Indonesian ethnic group which in fact there are more than 150 ethnic groups with different ethnic languages and cultures who reside more than 170.000 islands.

If you are interested in soft culture, classes of Balinese dance, painting, ceramics, and culinary are also available. I can arrange it and surely it will be interesting and challenging for you to stay in Bali while you are studying the local life style and their soft culture.

Interpreter
I also have long experience working with Canadian experts who came to Bali to supervise and train employees of the local small scale businesses on technology, accounting, management, and marketing. It took 5 years to train them on different fields of skill and at different locations of nine regions in Bali. My part was to interpret what the trainers said into bahasa Indonesia in order to be understood by the participants.
