NO Scammers Please, I have had enough of your mails.
I want to buy German Shepherd or Akita Puppy. (Serious BUYER)
I am a very serious buyer, so scammer please do not even mail me (save both your and my time).

1. I will *Not* take any (include adoption) puppies over sea or on other province (no matter if you are real owner, I am no longer trust anything that's over-sea, and anything that only requires shipping fee. Blame to those scammers)

2. I only take the puppies that i can see in life, face to face deal. If you really worried about what family the puppy is going to live with, you will be always welcome to come over my place and see for yourself (and see if the puppy likes the environment). See it in life (I am tired of those scammers, who keep asking for the living environment, and make me write the mails over and over again, too waste my time. And if you really Sincerity want find a good home for your puppy, then not-thing means more then see for yourself.)

3. I am looking for puppies age around 8 weeks to 16 weeks (accept up to 5months, but i really prefer 10weeks and below)

4. Please send me the adorable puppies pictures on the first mail, doesn't matter if I like the Pet or not I will reply you right away (thank you so much for the efforts and sorry about those troubles)

5. If My family like the cute puppy, I will provide information you need, and we will come to your place (I prefer you come so you know what living environment the puppies will be living in), I prefer to talk on the phone first before we going anywhere.

6. I can *PAY* right away if my family like the pet.

7. I live in Vancouver, so I only accept lower-main-land puppies in BC, Canada, such as Surry, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Vancouver and so on (up on 3 hours driving and again I prefer you to come to my place) (If you are not in lower-main-land BC Canada, I am sorry, I want see the puppy in real. Unless you bring the puppy to my place otherwise I probably won't do any deal with you.)

8. I love to build strong trust communication, so if you want to visit us after we deal, you are always welcome.

10. For Champion Parents: Willing to pay good price for Champion Blood line puppies and again "We want to see the puppy face to face and we can pay right away if we like the puppy."
