I'm a 27 years old female and looking for a homemate for my small and sweet flat in Uskudar, which is located in Istanbul city center. The apartment complex is 8 min. on foot to the ferry and to the Capitol shopping mall.

The apartment is full of day light and all the day long sun fills up the rooms. There are all the facilities you will need to live (tv, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and internet connection). These are all available for your comfort. You do not even need a bed or a pillow; you only need to bring your luggage, everything else is provided. It is perfect for someone who only stays for a certain time in Istanbul (e.g. internship or studies...).

Rent: monthly 700 TRL (internet, gas, hot water, electricity and digiturk bills are incl.) + 200 TRL deposit fully refundable at the end of your stay.
