VR Placement's Free 6-Week Customer Service Training Program offers a great opportunity for Ontario Disability Support Program recipients to:

- Learn the basic elements of customer service
- Understand different communication styles
- Deal with difficult customers
- Develop strong listening skills
- 4 to 6 week Co-op placement
- Train specifically for Cashier, Telemarketing or Market Research positions

Eligibility: Individuals who qualify for ODSP Employment Supports and want to work.
