Our Franchising Concept:

- minimum inhabitants: 40.000
- concept store surface: 80m2 (up to 150m2 of which 80 till 100m2 would be used as exhibition space and the rest as stockroom and office space)
- royalties on sales: we do not charge (100% of the benefits go to the franchisee as to enable him to break-even in the shortest period possible).
- minimum sales results (monthly): we do not require
- Opening date from signing the franchise contract: 90 days
- validity of contract: 5 years automatically renewable.
- WHAT DOES A FRANCHISE WITH KOLONIAL HOME COST?: 83800€ (approx. $120.000USD depending on daily value of the USD).
