We are searching for a strategic partner or an investor for financing the project in the activity of selling cars. 50% of the share is on sale and it fits an investment of about 1.500.000 euros.
It imports two well known brands of cars which are among the most selling ones in Croatia.
The company had almost 20% of the market share last year.
Mortgage is included for the investment of about 1.500.000 euros, ( car showroom of about 1.600 sqm). The bank estimated its value to 2.100.000 euros. Real market value is at least 2.500.000 euros.
