It is a full featured 5.1 receiver, with the capability to be used as a pre-amplifier when used with a power amplifier. It is also completely software upgradeable via updates on released by Rotel.

Unit has been in its (open) box since purchase and is in 100% mint condition, double boxed, with 3 years left on warranty.

Retail on this unit is over $2000. Asking $900 obo. I also have the matching power amp for sale and would offer a great price if you wanted to buy them as a set and will include 3 sets of Tara Labs interconnects ($200 per pair).
