Pines Lake Resort Cabañas is situated on 2.8 acres of native rain forest a few meters from kilometer 4.5 along the road from Villarrica – Pucón, IX Region, Chile. We are proud to offer you 8 deluxe independent Cabins which may accommodate from two to twelve guests per cabin. These Cabins are gifted with spectacular views to Lake Villarrica, surrounded by a native rain forest consisting of pine trees, chestnut trees, hazel trees, cinnamon trees, Oregon pines & many other native trees from the Araucania zone. In addition, a variety of flowers, including hydrangeas & dahlias, make Pines Lake Resort & Cabañas a sanctuary and a true paradise.

Pines Lake Resort & Cabañas has recently gone through a full upscale renovation. The result brought the outside to the inside by opening windows with sliding doors to expansive terraces made with large cypress logs. The swimming pool, the clay tennis court and the gardens are lighted. Pines Lake Resort Cabañas, has just inaugurated its third summer season since the complete renovation. During our season we have many national & international visitors to Villarrica-Pucón. The Resort is licensed for an annual operation, however, it has been actually operated only during the summer months. There are opportunities to expand the operation throughout the year and there is also room for expansion by adding additional Cabins if the purchaser chooses.

The Resort has separate owner’s quarters consisting of three bedrooms, two baths, and a living & dining room with a wrought iron fireplace. The living area and hallway are enclosed with designer glass windows offering views of the gardens and trees. There is a separate 2-bedroom house for the Caretaker. The Guests are welcomed at the Reception building made of cypress and designer glass walls. This building also includes the owner’s office. There are laundry and storage facilities and a Gym with a multi-use Masterfit, Ping Pong and other games. The Resort owns water rights for irrigation. There is separate water supply for potable use. The Resort is a turnkey operation and is being sold fully furnished and equipped including all the inventories. The Caretakers and the housekeepers will remain with the new owners if desired. The present owner will consider training and consulting for a reasonable time.

Tourists travel to Villarrica-Pucón to take advantage of the Lake Region and the many Hot springs including everything from rustic pools dug up in the soil to modern, elegant and comfortable hot spring resorts and five-star spas. The area's main attraction is Villarrica National Park. For hiking or just contemplation, it is the smaller, Huerquehue National Park. December through March, Lake Villarrica is the main focus and the rivers that feed it. There is also boating, jet skiing, water skiing and sport fishing. During the winter season, July, and continuing through October, Villarrica-Pucón turns into a major ski area, centered on Mount Villarrica, an active volcano visible from all over the Region. South of Lake Villarrica starts the Seven Lakes Region, these are, Panguipulli, Pirihueico, Calafquén, Pullinque, Pellaifa, Neltume, and Riñihue.
