Casa O is a 19th-century, restored, stone house with three floors (105 square metres) in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia, province of Lucca, Tuscany), in the Apuane Park. The house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry room. The house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room which is used for laundry. From the patio, you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square metres), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ.
The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces. We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio and CD player; telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (50 metres far).A central heating system (oil-fired) and a fireplace have also been installed. Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. However, it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, etc.) and beaches (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far.
Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (18 hole) and Golf Club Fontevivo (18 hole). |
