The condo is newly built, never been lived in, and in the Tucan Country Club. The resort is located in Panama City, Panama. The club is a 180-acre, private, gated golf community with a protected rainforest on one side and the Panama Canal on the other. The views from the condo are beautiful all the way around! The resort is on a hilltop and only 15 minutes from Panama City and the Panama canal. The golf course is world class and the residential community is gated. Also, in the surrounding area are beautiful rainforest type habitats and just down the road are the white-sand beaches of the Pacific Ocean. The type of condo we are renting is in The Eagles Landing, its 1,200 sq.ft. and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is unfurnished but does include dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel appliances, and over-underwasher and dryer. The floors are tile and all the appliances are brand new. This is a great location if you need to be close to the canal for work, or if you love to enjoy the amenities that a wonderful golf course community offers! I am requiring at least a 1 year lease, first and last months rent, $500.00 deposit and need references. To move in you are looking at $3,700.00, I am willing to do payments of $100 for the first 5 months until the security deposit is paid if necessary. This is a personally owned and rented unit by the owner. I can show the condo anytime, just let me know what works for you!
